THE PERFECT WEDDING

Planning your day… when & what to book

The more you can book and make in advance of your wedding date the more worry-free you will be, keeping the last couple of weeks before your wedding free for any fresh items that you need (as well as to give yourself and your lovely fiancé some important time out together away from the planning and details of your wedding).

Engagements greatly vary in length depending on your own personal preferences and circumstances. Longer engagements give you plenty of time to source, save up and plan but the initial excitement of the engagement and planning can fizzle out when the wedding date seems so so far away. The excitement will soon reignite once you start holding and owning physical items for your day – your stationery, gorgeous dress, accessories and shoes. Shorter engagements really focus the planning and keeps the excitement rolling over straight into your wedding day, (it also avoids over planning / over thinking especially if you are a details person like me!). Words can’t express how much I loved all the planning, sourcing and creating personal touches for our day and seeing it all come together.
